Kelastambang: PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (IDX: INCO) announced a leadership change at its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on 23 September 2025 in Jakarta, with shareholders approving the resignation of Luke Mahony as Director and Chief Strategy and Technical Officer, and the appointment of Slamet Sugiharto as his replacement.
The EGMS took place both in person at the Financial Hall, Graha CIMB Niaga, and virtually through the eASY.KSEI platform, in accordance with OJK Regulation No. 15/POJK.04/2020 and OJK Regulation No. 14 of 2025.
PT Vale’s Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors extended their appreciation to Mahony for his contributions, especially in strengthening the company’s strategic and technical frameworks. Sugiharto’s appointment is effective immediately and will continue until the close of the company’s Annual General Meeting in 2028.
