PT Hoffmen Energi Perkasa has reported a significant boost in operational efficiency and cost savings after switching to Mobilgrease XHP™ 222, a high-performance industrial lubricant supplied by Mobil. The company reduced equipment downtime by 10,000 hours and achieved cost savings of up to Rp2.19 billion annually, according to Mobil Indonesia in a LinkedIn post published one hour ago.
The transition enabled PT Hoffmen to reduce bearing replacement frequency, improving machine reliability and reducing unplanned maintenance.
“These results show that the right lubricant is an investment, not just an operational cost,” Mobil Indonesia stated.
Mobilgrease XHP™ 222 is designed for heavy-duty applications in extreme mining and industrial environments, offering extended lubrication intervals and enhanced equipment protection.
Mobil Indonesia has invited other industry players to consult their lubrication experts for potential efficiency gains across similar operating conditions.
